Community Guidelines & Fair Play

01Purpose
Our goal is to create a fun, friendly and fair environment where friends, families, schools, workplaces and communities can enjoy prediction leagues together.
These Community Guidelines and Fair Play Rules apply to all users of the App and form part of our Terms of Service.
By using the App, you agree to follow these guidelines.
02Respect Other Users
Users must treat others with respect and courtesy.
The following behaviour is not permitted:
- Harassment, bullying or intimidation
- Hate speech or discriminatory behaviour
- Threats of violence or harm
- Offensive, abusive or obscene language directed at others
- Personal attacks
- Encouraging others to harass or target users
- Deliberately disrupting leagues or community activities
Friendly rivalry and banter are welcome, but users should always remain respectful.
03Child Safety
We want the App to be suitable for families and younger users.
Users must not:
- Groom, exploit or manipulate minors
- Share inappropriate content with children
- Encourage unsafe behaviour
- Request personal information from children
- Engage in conduct that could place a child at risk
Any behaviour that may endanger children may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
04Usernames, Profiles and Avatars
Users must not use:
- Offensive usernames
- Hate-related content
- Impersonations of other individuals
- Misleading identities
- Content that infringes another person’s rights
We reserve the right to remove or require changes to usernames, avatars or profile information that breach these guidelines.
05Fair Play Principles
The App is designed to reward skill, knowledge and participation.
Users must compete honestly and fairly.
Any attempt to manipulate rankings, scores or competitions may result in penalties or account suspension.
06One Account Per User
Unless expressly authorised, users should maintain only one active account.
Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
Examples include:
- Entering the same league with multiple accounts
- Artificially boosting rankings
- Circumventing account restrictions
- Manipulating competitions or standings
07No Cheating or Exploitation
Users must not:
- Exploit bugs, glitches or technical issues
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts
- Manipulate league scoring systems
- Interfere with platform functionality
- Attempt to access data belonging to other users
- Reverse engineer or attack the App’s systems
If you discover a bug or vulnerability, please report it to us rather than exploiting it.
08League Participation
League creators and participants should act in good faith.
Users must not:
- Deliberately sabotage leagues
- Create leagues for abusive purposes
- Mislead participants regarding league rules
- Use leagues to harass or target individuals
League administrators are responsible for setting reasonable league rules and managing their communities appropriately.
09Rewards, Forfeits and Private Arrangements
The App may allow users to create private leagues and assign rewards, prizes or forfeits among participants. Users must not create forfeits that are illegal, dangerous, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
- The App does not collect, hold, administer or distribute money, prizes or rewards.
- Any private arrangements are solely between participants.
- The App is not responsible for enforcing, monitoring or resolving disputes relating to rewards, prizes or forfeits.
- Users participate in such arrangements at their own risk.
Participants should ensure any arrangements comply with applicable laws and are appropriate for the ages of all participants involved.
10Rankings and Competition Integrity
Scores, rankings and leaderboard positions are generated automatically according to the App’s scoring systems.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct scoring errors
- Recalculate results
- Remove fraudulent entries
- Adjust rankings where necessary to maintain fairness
Our decisions regarding competition integrity are final.
11Fixture Changes and Exceptional Events
Occasionally events outside our control may affect competitions.
Examples include:
- Match postponements
- Event cancellations
- Competition restructures
- Data provider errors
- Technical failures
Where necessary, we may amend scoring calculations or competition outcomes to preserve fairness.
12Reporting Concerns
Users are encouraged to report:
- Harassment
- Abuse
- Child safety concerns
- Fraudulent behaviour
- Cheating
- Offensive content
- Security vulnerabilities
Reports should be made through the App or by contacting support.
13Enforcement
Where these Guidelines are breached, we may take action including:
- Content removal
- Warning notices
- Username changes
- League restrictions
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
The severity of enforcement will depend on the nature and seriousness of the violation.
14Appeals
Users who believe enforcement action has been taken incorrectly may contact support and request a review.
We will review appeals in good faith but reserve the final decision regarding account enforcement and moderation actions.
15Updates to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes to the App, user behaviour, legal requirements or community needs.
Continued use of the App following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
